1. Who we are
Frameless is a founder-led venture studio operated by Amir Lotfy. References to "we", "us" and "the studio" mean Frameless and its wholly-owned portfolio brands.
2. What we collect
On frameless.com.eg we collect only what you submit through our contact form (name, email, category, message). We may also process basic anonymous analytics — page views, referrer, device class — to understand how the site is used.
3. How we use it
Inquiry data is read by the founder and used solely to reply to your message. Analytics is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Cookies
The studio site uses essential cookies for routing and theme preference. No third-party advertising cookies are set on this domain.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@frameless.com.eg. We respond within a reasonable period, typically a few days.
6. Portfolio products
Each Frameless product (e.g. Shyftcut, Tikgu, Standouta) operates under its own brand and may publish a separate privacy notice that governs that product. This policy covers only this studio site.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version is always at /privacy.
